Terms & Conditions for MYP Workspace™

1. Nature of Service & User Responsibilities
The MYP Workspace™ is an independent, student-led "Browser Shell" designed for educational purposes.

• We do not host, store, or distribute copyrighted International Baccalaureate® (IB) materials.
• All exam papers or documents are provided strictly via external URLs or local uploads by the end-user.
• Acceptable Use: You agree to use this tool lawfully and are solely responsible for the legal rights regarding any documents (PDFs or URLs) you load into the workspace.

2. Privacy and Data Handling
We prioritize your privacy by keeping everything on your device.

• No Server Storage: We do not collect, sell, or store personal user data on any server.
• Local Storage: Your browser's Local Storage is used exclusively for session auto-save/recovery to prevent progress loss.
• PDF Uploads: When you upload a PDF from your device, it is converted to a data URL and stored only in your local browser environment. It is never transmitted to our servers.
• Usage Tracking: A simple, anonymous counter tracks total global "Launches." No personal or identifying information is recorded.

3. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Tools

• Trademarks: "MYP" and "International Baccalaureate" are registered trademarks of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). MYP Workspace™ is completely independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the IBO.
• Third-Party Integrations: This tool integrates Desmos and Polypad under their respective embed licenses. The Equation Editor is the property of Fountainhead School, Surat, and is used with full credit.
• Our IP: The layout, code structure, and original design of the MYP Workspace™ shell are the intellectual property of the creator.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: The MYP Workspace™ is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied (including, but not limited to, uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose).
• Liability: In no event shall the creators of MYP Workspace™ be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data) arising from the use or inability to use the service.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creators of MYP Workspace™ from any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from the content you upload or access through the shell.

5. Governing Law and Changes to Terms

• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Workspace after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Note:

• Mozzerella Comapany:The name "Mozzerella Company" (or "Mozzerella") operates as a brand identifier for this student-led initiative, founded by Yogen Jayesh Patel (original developer of MYP Workspace™) and Shaurya Shah. Currently, Mozzerella Company is an unregistered entity used for branding purposes. All legal rights, responsibilities, and intellectual property associated with the MYP Workspace™ are held jointly by the individual founders.
